If nothing else, Phantom deserves props for being one of the least frustrating Bee Train series to watch all the way through. Have you ever wondered what would have happened if Oedipus had not (spoiler alert!) been an arrogant father-killing, mother-banging, eye-gouging, emo prick? Me neither, but if you could create a bizarro-Oedipus story, this would be it.

At Ender’s urging, I picked up this series near the end of its run. It actually ended up being perfect, because I was able to basically marathon the entire series over a week’s time. I was really glad I watched it, and the show made a definite impression on me.
