Well this is an interesting turn of events! For those who are familiar with me (Jesus159159159), it comes to no surprise that I am a loyal stalker follower and big-time-fan of Sea Slugs Anime Blog! So much in fact that I am willing to abandon Super Forshizzle Kitten! to fulfill my dreams of blogging along side Kabitzin! Perhaps abandon is not the right word, because if you liked the content on Sufoki (Super Forshizzle Kitten), you will be happy to know that I will continue that format exclusively for SS!AB! This day will mark the first out of four movies step to The Rebuild of Super Forshizzle Kitten, or as some may call it: The Resurrection
BFF-4-1UP!!! (note: check spoilers after reading the post)
I guess I’ll tell you how this all started. Before Kabitzin’s “No I In Team” post, he had personally contacted me to become a permanent member of Sea Slugs. It was very temping and also very strange, considering I not-so-long ago started my own blog which he helped pimp out (thx to Epic Win! as well). It’s as if he were fattening me up before OM-NOM-ing me whole! *blush* KYA~ *smacks himself across the face*
So anyways, after a long discussion with Kabitzin, we have decided it would be in your (and our) best interest to combine forces! I’m officially the 5th Child (well, technically I’m the 4th since I was chosen before Epi, but he posted his intro first. Also, the Number 5 is a lot cooler)! For those who did follow me on Sufoki, I’ll try to explain myself in a series of self-made questions:

What Will Happen to Super Forshizzle Kitten?… I sort of liked that name!
Unfortunately, Super Forshizzle Kitten/Sufoki will no longer be updated, and of course the reason being my full-time employment on this site. I wouldn’t want to stress myself putting 159% effort on two blogs! It’s not so much of an abandonment since you can expect the exact same content here!
What about all those series that you never finished blogging? Like K-ON, Ristorante Paradiso, Natsu no Arashi, Haruhi 2009, Canaan. Ef Man! You didn’t finish anything!
Good news always come before the bad; It’s Master Pun-ery 101! (Unless you want to be an ass and read the Bad News first)
- Good News: I will finish blogging every show I have started. There will just be an extremely long delay because recent shows have top priority also cause I’m lazy.
- Bad News: Every show with one exception, and that would be
Haruhi 2009Canaan (because Kabitzin will take care of that). It wouldn’t make sense to have two bloggers competing for the same readers, especially on the same blog! You can kiss Mario-Canaan goodbye!
Will you continue to draw fan-sketches for each episodic you write?
Opps! I guess I did forget to mention one very important change! Kabitzin strictly (*BLUSH*) made it clear that we should be on time with every post. To be completely honest, fan-sketches would sometimes take longer than a few minutes to complete, so unfortunately, the answer is no. But I do have more information regarding that in a latter post, so please look forward to it.
*sniff* What did I ever do to deserve this?!
Kabitzin and I have a very similar goal in mind while writing each post, and that is to entertain the reader. Sea Slugs Anime Blog has a long history of witty, thought-provoking, and emotional posts that I am very intimidated to live up to that. Regardless, I am honored he would chose me to continue that lineage. It really does mean a lot to me. Thank you everyone who supported me during Super Forshizzle Kitten!’s run, and I hope you will continue to support me on Sea Slugs!

Wow, I certainly didn’t expect this turn of events…but I suppose I also can’t say I’m entirely surprised, considering how long you’ve been lurking around these parts. In any case, congratulations on getting enlisted at one of the most awesome blogs evarrr. ^_^
Judging from the style you exhibited in your posts at SuFoKi, I’m sure you’ll fit right in here, although Kabitzin does tend to be a bit shorter on summary and longer on witty commentary (sorry, just calling it how I see it!)
I am a bit sad to see the sketch thing go by the wayside, but considering how much effort that kind of thing takes, I was kind of wondering how long you’d be able to keep up with that anyway. In any case, I’m glad you’ve found an excellent outlet for your creativity and that you haven’t actually abandoned blogging.
Oh, and I wouldn’t worry too much about your old blog. As much fun as it is to have some independence and your own hang out, you couldn’t ask for a better home than Sea Slugs, and having teammates helps you keep motivated in the long run. Heck, I’d probably come write for Sea Slugs if Kabitzin asked nicely. Well… maybe.
Finally! I don’t have to log-out of Sea Slugs just to comment! (Blue Box FTW!) (side note: I don’t know if anyone noticed, but for awhile, one of my comments on Kabitzin’s Spice and Wolf II post was green. Hope I didn’t ruin the surprise for anybody!)
First, I must thank you again for pimping out Sufoki back in the day! Second, about those fan-sketches: Again, there will be more information regarding fan sketches in a later post. You’ll just have to wait til then ;3 Perhaps a good idea would be to stalk this site on monday *WINK WINK*

Geethus, you know ever since I’ve been torn apart and reborn as Kurisu, my interests have started to shift and drift away from anime, especially anything current. The last anime I’ve enjoyed were older classics and some obscure OVAs. Henceforth, I haven’t really been following this or any other anime blog.
My friend girl even discovered my first grey hairs which means…well I have no idea what it means.
Nevertheless, I’m pleased to see that Kabitzin is still going strong i.e., “doin’ his thang” as some like to say. I’ve discovered Sea Slugs! in 2003 when I was watching Madlax, one of the first then current series I followed while it was being aired. Ever since it’s been my favourite English anime blog because of its unique style and because it’s a friendly, accessible, well-written, humorous blog. It was about time to put more emphasis on the “team” aspect and I think you the unwooded carpenter and the likewise epic Epi are very suitable editors for this blog. Nonetheless Kabitzin might have to pull out his whip and put you on a tighter leash because, you know, this is no ZOMFGWTFBBQ.

I also realized that I would have to tone down some of my work, but at the same time Kabitzin specifically chose me because of that content. I do try to be as nice as possible to the readers though. Actually, I think I’m generally a nice guy (a bit weird, but still a nice guy), and I think that’s very important for a blog as important as this one. Sometimes I hate how people can be such assholes to others and still have people all over their cocks like they’re god or something, which is something I try to avoid. If your only funny by being mean to others, that’s not comedy at all (except for when we fight, cause then it’s like a married-couple thing
). Anyways, why am I talking about this again?
