I just want to point out that the official Geass-net mobile site explains in Nunnally’s profile that her blindness gives her the ability to see through the hearts of people just by touching their hands, and in the final episode she found out everything with said ability. Officially, that flashback scene had nothing to do with Lelouch and Codes.

The rest of the translation pretty much goes how I thought it would. I’m sad the mini-flashback didn’t read Lelouch’s heart at the time when he made Nunnally fall down the stairs.
It’s weird that she couldn’t see through Lelouch’s feeling of hatred towards Euphemia when she touches his hand after Euphie declared the Special Administrative Zone.
Or this ability might not really showed off in the first season.
If this was the case… then, like Orange-kun’s Geass Canceller, they seem to have forgotten it existed except when it was convenient, else she would’ve known Suzaku’s motives much earlier… or for that matter, Lulu’s for Geassing her to take away the FLEIJA trigger.

Nunnally is cool, but Guilford’s blindness gives him the ability to shoot through people’s hearts just by touching a rifle.
