Team blogs in the otakusphere have survived, up until now, on raw potential, untapped power. The power to post more often than a single author. The power to write from different perspectives, and on a wide range of subjects. But it sometimes reminds me of a long-running shounen series where moments of brilliance are like little islands in an endless sea of filler. What if that show was balls-out awesome, top to bottom?
OH! finally launched and proved they weren’t just sitting around doing nothing all this time. The site is looking nice and stylish, so I eagerly anticipate the flood of articles. I really liked the quote above. I know I sometimes resort to filler-ish posts or subpar posts. Sometimes it’s garbage in garbage out, and other times I’m just lazy. It’s a lot of pressure to be awesome with every post, but I’d like to see more (other) people try.
OH! Hasshin!
