I don't think it's silly, if you're confident in your jumping skills but you're probably so old that things like this make you worry about losing your teeth and the enormous price of a denture. It send a bit of a chill down my spine when I realized that these people must have some kind of chip implanted seeing that they can transfer data by pointing their hands towards Minamo's PDA.
