I stumbled across another plugin that charts metrics. The aptly named My Top Commentators WordPress Plugin goes beyond previous plugins that just displayed your top X commenters on the sidebar. MTCWP lets you define date ranges and feeds you the results in the administrative section of Wordpress, so you can ogle your fans in secret.
I like to visit the sites of everyone who comments here, so this plugin is perfect for me. Last month’s top 5 commenters here were Jesus159159159, blissmo, Chris, TheBigN, and Zyl.

Pfft where have you been I’ve had my top 10 babblers for like almost a year now! :P
But this one lets you do it all secret-like and in all the secret positions that you don’t want anyone to know about!
Most plugins just run a query to the database and display in on your sidebar. This one also will provide links to all the comments made by a certain person within your defined date range.

My top commenter is myself. By a landslide (152-40). I account for 18% of my comments.
My next three aren’t bloggers, followed by lolikit and Michael rounding out the top 5.
