Summary:
After a generic sequence in which The Purple Lovers steal Naeka’s pantsu to sell on the black market (although they were after Fubuki’s more valuable pantsu), we find there are other forces at play. Kogarashi only knows that the true villain wears ichigo pantsu, but his Maid Guy X-Ray cannot determine gamma or designs. While Kogarashi is fast enough to steal the pantsu off every single girl, he is baffled that he cannot find the villain anywhere.

Meanwhile, the perpetrator is a rich blond loli from England, Elizabeth K. Strawberryfield. Liz wants to punish Naeka and make her lick thousands of shoes. Liz then challenges Naeka to a duel and both contestants end up resorting to dirty tricks. Liz pulls out the stolen pantsu on the last point, hoping to distract Naeka, but Kogarashi is able to use his Naeka-underwear-seeking crows to overwhelm Liz. Kogarashi is eventually able to retrieve every single pair, except for the one that Kousuke sold to buy tons of eroge.

Reaction:
While the underwear thief theme is usually played out, I felt that Kamen no Maid Guy was able to breathe new life into the scheme. I liked all the little gags, like Naeka giving Liz the stinky headgear (good thing Naeka wasn’t fighting Tamaki) and Fubuki acting as “Skirt Leader” while staring at her MEIDO monitor. I also thought it was great how the men’s kendo team has no reaction at first to Naeka’s pantsu, until Liz informs them of how the pantsu are relevant to their interests.

It’s too bad names are almost as scarce in KnMG as they are in Zombie Loan. We never got the name of the green-haired girl who joined the Naeka fan club, nor did we get the name of the new kunoichi meido. The ninja-maid was a nice combination, but she got totally owned by Kogarashi. I couldn’t help but get pumped up when he stopped her attack, and then threw her own pantsu back in her face.
