Summary:
After some more flirtatious arguing, Horo and Lawrence make up. Horo thinks Lawrence is a big softy, but he is willing to take the lead on his new plan. Lawrence has collected a paltry 3 Rumione, but he wants Mr. Remerio to help him smuggle gold in from the pagan city of Ramtra. Mr. Remerio’s company is doing so badly that he agrees to help Lawrence by providing Liebert, a guide who knows the best routes for smuggling gold. Mr. Remerio also agrees to suspend the collection of Lawrence’s debt until the plan finishes.
Lawrence also personally goes to recruit Nora to help him smuggle the gold. Nora can easily pass through the strict checkpoints and also navigate the short, dangerous direct path to Ramtra. In exchange for 20 Rumione, Nora agrees to smuggle the gold in the bellies of her sheep. The Church has purposely been sending her on difficult trips to prove that her shepherding skills are merely pagan powers, and she is ready to stick it to the Man.
Reaction:
I am just wholly unimpressed with Lawrence at this point. He seems like a lousy merchant, and this newest plan has a lot of flaws. First off, there are way too many people involved in this plan already, and the members of the Remerio Company are desperate and unscrupulous. You know that Liebert is going to slip the sheep some bad food so they crap out the gold for him to steal. Plus there are tons of mercenaries on the way. The whole plan hinges on Nora’s ability to become uber-shepherd and lash out at her awful employer.
I hope this plan works out for Nora’s sake, since it would be so sad if she lost a hand and could never be a tailor. That would be the ultimate bad ending. The ultimate good ending, however, would be if she strikes a deal with Liebert to cut Horo and Lawrence out of the smuggling plan. I mean, what are Horo and Lawrence bringing to the team?

Silly, if Liebert and Nora decide to cut Lawrence out he’ll just report them to authority. Lawrence is the one with the big idea and therefore deserve his cut out of the deal.
they might try to kill Lawrence and Horo, but killing Horo is obviously harder than it looks.
I think there will definitely be a double-cross, just because it keeps happening in the series. After all, no one knows that Horo can change into gigantorwolf.
My favorite part of this episode was when they were talking about how badly the Church treats Nora and she was getting madder and madder =D.
