I got an email asking me to promote Tokyopop’s mashup contest where you can take some music and some manga material to make your own Youtube mashup.
This sounds like a good chance for you creative people to get your name out and also possibly win some prizes. First prize is an iPod nano with some manga and music preloaded. There are also three runner up prizes worth $50 each. It seems like a good contest, although you do have to create an account and the barrier to entry is kinda high (how many people are skilled at video editing?); also, it’s too bad they don’t give more choices for manga titles and more importantly music choices.

Ew don’t promote these losers >_>
LOL ipod Nano lol. There’s an ipod nano killer coming soon from Creative I think….I’m totally getting it 8D
Haha, I have heard some bad things about Tokyopop, but I have never had any dealings personally. This seems like a standard contest to me, and the first prize isn’t too bad.
I do hate iTunes, however…
WHAT??!! IPOD NANO KILLER FROM CREATIVE??? I thought that “Creative Zen” was the new Zen (hurr hurr). Are they seriously coming out with a new one? If so, YAYNESS, cause I’m a Creative fanboy myself!… well, I only have one Creative product… BUT THATS BECAUSE IT HASN’T BROKEN ON ME SINCE!!! Got dat Creative Zen Micro (no color screen) around release day, and still works like a charm (the battery is getting worse though
)
sorry my bad its the Sansa Fuze.
*extremely sad* This is what you call True Tears *BA DUM PSSSH!*
That still looks pretty s3xy though! I mean, Micro SD(HC) support!??! Will come in Pink??!! WHAAAAT!!!! Thanks for the tip, I might consider it if it gets good reviews! Hopefully, it will have better integration with the micro SD (read Creative Zen reviews to know what I’m talking about, specifically its SD card feature)
creative OR sansa >> ipod
matter of fact, i hate allmost all apple products. expensive design is all you get, except from audio/video software.
