I don’t usually check out the episode length of series that I pick up, but after reading Omni’s terrible news about School Days, I realized that School Days won’t be a standard 26 episode series either. Dang, so this means that all of the series I am covering will finish up by mid-October.
I went back and looked at the Summer 2007 list, and was surprised to see that of shows that people actually watch, only Sky Girls and Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Kai run past 20 episodes. This has major implications for which shows I’ll be covering come fall, as I was only planning on picking up 3 new series. This means I’ll probably either end up taking on less series than usual in fall, or dropping some fall series once the winter season begins. So much for my perfectly planned-out schedule!

Not to mention that there are like a million new shows that look good in the next season. I’m having trouble trying to decide what to pick up with school….and I wanted to reduce my load! xS
Same here. Just thinking that just a couple more episodes and the main animes I started out with in Spring would be ending so soon, it kind of makes me sad. But there are quite a few promising titles this Fall… Now my problem (besides time constraints) is will the series that I picked out this fall/winter be subbed?
