Although Yama-jii is certainly powerful, it still seems that Ukitake and Shunsui have an edge, since they were able to easily destroy the giant fire-phoenix-bird from the prior episode. And, tactically speaking, I'm guessing that Yama-jii would be at a loss if he was flanked by both captains, or perhaps if one captain pinned Yama-jii and sacrificed himself in order to allow his counterpart to nail down the phoenix-defeating combo. So many theories! Wooo for speculation ^_^ And is it just me, but are the next-episode previews at the end getting better and better? G-G-Golden! o_O Hehe, so interesting!
