This episode is mostly a flashback in Renji’s mind back to the days when he and Rukia were growing up together. Both of them back at the time lived in the 78th district, which apparently was the most ghetto part in the Soul Society, and survival became a battle of scrounging whatever you can get your hands on. At the time, Rukia showed some extraordinary abilities to take down people twice her size, and also showed exorbitant spirit force. However, the two and their friends didn’t really care about that much as they had each other to live and rely on. But as time passed, all their friends passed away, and Renji and Rukia realized that the only way to move up in the spirit world was to become Death Gods. So they both enrolled in the Central Technique Spirit Institute and were on their way. Renji progressed with his hard work, but Rukia eventually was picked out by the Kuchiki clan to join the family. It was at this point where Renji believes that he felt he had lost Rukia, and had he stopped her from joining the Kuchiki clan, maybe she wouldn’t be on death row. And with his last gasp, Renji begged Ichigo to save Rukia at all costs.

This episode i freaking great….Renji really should have stoped Rukia from joining the Kuchiki clan….any way i need to know something what is the last word that Renji spoke at the end of the episode…i had i writen down but i forgot it…can someone help me?
