Sasuke finds that he’s not the only one with the special cursed seal as he gets manhandled pretty badly against the Sound Four despite putting up a decent effort. As an ultimatum, the Sound Four tell Sasuke that if he wants to get stronger, he should pursue Orochimaru. As you can probably see in the pictures, you know which path he takes at the end.
Sakura in the meantime finally confesses to Naruto that Sasuke’s strange behavior is attributed to Orochimaru placing that curse seal behind his neck, and she is afraid that Sasuke will go to Orochimaru for more power. However, Naruto firmly believes that Sasuke is strong enough that he doesn’t need to seek Orochimaru, and he reassures Sakura that everything will work out. Although Sakura wants to believe Naruto, she makes one last stab to catch and convince Sasuke to stay in the village or take her with him. Of course, knowing how useless Sakura is, Sasuke made his decision appropriately :P
