You know when you combine vegetables and animals, you can’t go wrong. Add to that a short painless 3.5-minute episode format, and this series is a nice puffy break from more serious series. It basically follows Dogtato on his adventures with various other veggimal friends. Dogtato is a friendly easy-going kind of potato dog, but that doesn’t mean he can’t use his pimp juice (that tail!) to attract the lovely Hedgetato. He also helps out Beanbirds and love bugs in his spare time. My favorite character is Boartato, but I guess they’re all pretty good. Croconion’s monotone narration kinda sucks, though. Check it out if you have 3.5 free minutes, and as long as your expectations are low, I think Dogtato will appeal to you.
