The story now turns to a corrupt police officer named Hirukawa, who can be linked as one of Maria’s customers in this series. Hirukawa essentially keeps the police from looking into the prostitution ring owned by Handa. Apparently, Hirukawa’s demands to keep the police off of Handa has been steadily increasing, as Hirukawa has been building his new dream home. So Handa sends out his goons to persuade Hirukawa to return some of that bribed money, and Hirukawa turns to the life of crime to pay back his share, but he finds that he really cannot keep up with Handa’s demands. Will Hirukawa’s life be trapped in a life of crime in the world’s most ridiculous thief costume??
