Summary:
Panty-dropper no jutsu
Naruto thinks about how he has unwittingly followed most of his mother’s advice like a true mama’s boy. He shows off his fox mode to his buddies, but suddenly senses the evil intentions of Kisame and calls the shark out. Sadly, Kisame pops out in gattai mode, looking like a ragweed bur. Sometimes life just isn’t fair.
Spoooooooooooon!
Naruto instantly flashes over to beat the crap out of Kisame, but he still isn’t used to his newfound power and speed. With Naruto’s leg trapped, Kisame escapes out the exit with Killer Bee in hot pursuit. Conveniently, Guy is trying out the Waterfall of Truth, and right as Hollow Guy is about to appear to talk trash about how old Guy is, Kisame barrels through the waterfall. Guy comically mistakes bur-mode Kisame for his own inner self, and nails the unlucky shark with a Leaf Boulder Buster.
Reaction:
The intro recap panels were pretty cheap, but the setup for the Guy-Kisame fight was excellent. I’m was surprised that rather than just giving Naruto super speed, the Kyuubi chakra gave him teleportation abilities and made Naruto look like a yellow flash. Shouldn’t it be orange? And it cheapens Minato’s lag-hack when you can teleport without the seal-kunai. Oh well, at least they are saving most of Naruto’s moves for a bigger fish, and letting Guy have some time in the sun.
I laughed when Yamato’s wood technique reacted to Naruto’s purified Kyuubi chakra. Is that your wood technique or are you just happy to see me? And Hinata is going to cream herself when she sees Naruto in fox mode. I’m sure the fox mode will inevitably be combined with Sage mode as well, for massive unstoppable max MP. I also liked how the representation of the purified chakra ball inside Naruto’s gate seals mirrors the markings on his chest/belly in fox mode.

Lol… This chapter hilarious, hmm.. I see it means Fox chakra+father jutsu+mother chakra+sage jutsu=teleportation technique without kunai and unlimited mp huh?!? And New jutsu will give naruto over 9000 power level hahah…
Fortunately Naruto often has lapses where he is strategically incompetent, so that balances him out a little.
The Guy-Kisame moment was hilarious. Didn’t matter though as Guy ended up smashing Kisame anyways.
Hmm new fox mode + Sage mode… I guess Naruto will just get the eye shadows again while in the fox getup.
By the end of this, Naruto is gonna have crazy face makeup like cursed-seal Sasuke, haha!
actually Naruto just moved really really fast Minato did the same thing when he saved Naruto from Madara
with every one after him Kisame is not going to stick around he is going to get off the island report to Madara then come back to island with some of Kabuto’s zombies (maybe one of Jiraiya)
also Kisame will probably destroy their boat on the way out trapping them
I think Minato actually teleports, rather than moves quickly. It’s a time-space jutsu based on the seals that he wraps on the kunai, I think. I agree that Kisame will probably escape, but I don’t think destroying the boat would help that much, considering that Killer Bee can just have his oxtopus carry everyone off the island.
actully Minato can do both hw can use his FTG tech to warp were he has seals
but he can also move really fast natrully using Body flicker a basic Ninjutsu that lets you move really fast depending on how fast you are normally
body flicker is what Naruto used to catch up to kisame
Ok, the translation I saw implied Naruto teleported, but if it’s just speedy movement like shunpo, I have no problem with it.

And I thought that after jyuubi reveal this could not have BIGGER ammount of bullshit.

Oh and yay for Kisame being saved up from one humiliation so he can be humiliated…again, this time by unimportant side characters (seriously after all the crap does anyone actually care about Guy or any other old unimportant character?)
um fans of the series care there are people that want to see people like Ten Ten and Shino get develpment
also Kisame is going to escape and Kabuto will take the main villain spot from Madara you will see
Even if the Sauce withers trees with his science eyes, Naruto’s Kyuubi-powered green thumb will restore the trees to lush greenness!
Speaking of the San Nin, compared to the other Hokage, Tsunade kinda sucks.
Haha, pretty much. 1st could control the series’s equivalent of Cthulhu and beat his generation’s version of Itachi, 2nd invented raising the dead and took 20 super-elite Kumo nin to kill, 3rd beat the first two and Orochimaru at the same time while several decades out of his prime, and the 4th was a one man army who’s probably the only guy to land more than one clean hit on the current version of Madara, and even technically cheats the Death God for 16 years by pulling some .999 equals 1 logic. Tsunade…beats up an armless Orochimaru and was too scared of blood to even face down Kabuto, who managed to get a few hits on her even before cheating anyways. Though knifing down Manda and overcoming a phobia in the middle of battle was pretty cool, I’ll admit.
I’m a little disappointed that there are people out there who hate Guy (and Bee). It’s like hating being given 2 billion dollars with no strings attached. Badass comic relief was the primary reason I stuck with this manga even with all the HATRED until the heart-to-heart with mom and super teleport Rasengan to the back.
I think the problem is that Tsunade has to use up all her energy looking busty and young. If she just let herself be a saggy, old hag, she’d probably be insanely powerful. Of course, she would rather sink into a life-threatening coma than let herself go completely.
She should take a cue from other series and go loli-mode to conserve energy.
I suppose there had to be another reason that she’s known as the Legendary Sucker other than those…2…
My opinion is that Naruto’s new “yellow” fox mode is the imitation of Super Saiyan of Dragon Ball Z…
Anyways we are finally back to the main story!

I think Kisame was destined to fight Gai as he (or maybe his clone) did in the Rescue Gaara arc…
I dont think Kisame will escape this time….Gai will open all the gates and kick his ass!
Till now all Gai has ever done is comical blabbering and somewhat been a joker character…
He might be another hero who takes off another Akatsuki!
I am wondering what will happen to Team Hebi (or Taka) from now..
As Sasuke has thrown away Karin…will Suigetsu and Juugo stay with him?
Sasuke has received new Itachi eyes from Madara!He’ll really start pawning everybody from now!!
And what about Karin…will she spill out all of Sasuke’s secrets?
Hmm….the story is really interesting and exciting at the same time…we just have to wait and see what happens later
Yeah, very little ever makes sense with Sasuke. What did he even need his team for? The location of the meetings wasn’t even that secret, and he probably could have just used Karin. I guess the others were just to distract the scrubs so he could get to the main targets. I’m not even sure what secrets Karin can spill, considering that Sasuke never told her anything.
I was actually quite pleased with this chapter. Guy made me lol pretty hard. I also read it right after reading Bleach so storywise it felt very plausible and deep, lol. I just can’t stand the thought of having to witness Sasuke get another string of power-ups to balance Naruto out…
I don’t like how Sasuke can keep powering up by just swapping eyes in and out. The idea of getting more powerful by taking the eyes of the guy who wanted to take your eyes seems silly to me. Naruto needs to just unfriend Sasuke on Facebook.
I guess karin will harbor her romantic feelings toward naruto hahah.. XD and i still curious about one power that Itachi left for naruto i still imagine if this power will counter sasuke tsukiyomi and amaterasu

Itachi talks about his love for Naruto and reveals that Sasuke’s hatred was started when in childhood madara stole sauce’s lolipop.
Sasuke and Naruto then hug and form rikkudou sennin with fusion.
Maybe…. Because Sasuke has the Eyes of Sage also naruto has the Body of Sage, and that fusion will be called a Sage Mangekyou MODE ;P
Awesome, especially if they do the fusion dance first.
Am I the only one wondering how Naruto’s new found Kyuubi chakra will affect his Sexy no Jutsu? Maybe that’s how he’ll win Sasuke back – by using Kyuubi chakra + Sage Mode to be the ultimate, irresistible clone of a woman (except he’s male; minor detail).
I can just imagine the Kyuubi raging inside watching Naruto use his chakra for Harem no jutsu.
Guy was excellent here, I really hadn’t cared much for him for a long, long time. But this time he was so damn hilarious hahaha!!
My immediate reaction to the new fox mode was “SUPER SAIYAN!!”. And it doesn’t seem like Naruto teleported, rather dashed at full speed. His leg shouldn’t be stuck on the wall if he had teleported.
I thought at first the leg was stuck because he tried too hard to stomp Kisame’s head, but maybe I was mistaken. Guy is always good for a laugh, especially with his own misgivings about his age. Midlife crisis no jutsu!
Question..why does Naruto’s fox mode differ so much from Bee’s mode 2? I guess it’s because Naruto’s is “purified” while Bee’s tailed beast is roaming free? Perhaps Naruto will still have to come to terms with the fox itself.
Well I suppose it’s pretty obvious that a different tailed beast results in an inherently different buffed form. And besides, the way I interpret it, the chakra boost is not the sole thing influencing his fox mode…it intertwines with his seal and his sage of the six paths heritage. I’m considering the fox’s chakra boost as a catalyst to unlock some more serious sage action. Bee is just compressing the raw power. Similarly awesome but completely different.
Yeah, seems like Killer Bee got a little bit stiffed, but perhaps we haven’t seen him go all out yet. I wonder what abilities Killer Bee got when he first separated the oxtopus’ chakra.
I really like the new flaming Naruto look.
I’m not digging Guy’s role in this though. It’s neat they’re bringing back the two old rival pairing, but Guy’s really cramping everyone’s style.
