Back to the present, Red Glasses Girl begs the Senior K-ONERS to host a Tea Party for the Mio FanClub. Everyone’s a money whore, so they basically say yes! Long story short, the gang license a bunch of Mio-chandise to sell to unsuspecting Mio-takus, ask Mio embarrassing questions, and they actually perform for once. THE END!

Impressions:
First things first: how will KyoAni explain the extra cake slices? Even I know all those slices don’t fit into that cake! Damn KyoAni and their plot-less shenanigans! Also, it’s weird how you can slap on some lipstick and you’re instantly considered a MILF. We need more upper-lip lipstick, but moe shows tend not to have that.
With that out of the way, I must say this was a great episode, though I did feel a bit sad for Mio, especially during the Q & A session. I’m glad she got over her shyness during her poem recital (which was hilarious! Gotta get me a thesaurus one of these days!)
Sokaba-Sensei is an interesting one, and it’s too bad she’s all grown/has lower-lip lipstick and will never return as a K-ON character ever again. She could most definitely replace Red Glasses Girl, seeing that her only redeeming quality is her red glasses. Next episode features her even more, so I guess the red glasses will stay.

My absolute favourite moment of this episode was after the special concert when Nodoka had to shake Megumi back to her senses, she called them out on Unauthorized Auditorium Use, thanked them graciously and then shamelessly begged Mio-tan for an autograph. So many inversions in such a short space that I nearly puked while LOLOLing.
