Killer Bee is cool with Naruto now, and Naruto goes back to the Waterfall of Truth for another go. Hollow-Naruto spouts some more self-pity nonsense, and Naruto is like “Actually I don’t hate everyone, I was just too embarrassed by how brazen my autograph is.” Upon seeing Naruto’s proposed autograph of “#1 Hokage Candidate (because every other candidate died” Hollow-Naruto gets really upset, but Naruto just hugs him and thanks him. After all, how many people get to experience a self-hug?
This is the biggest walk-in closet I've ever seen!
With his faith in himself and a little dash of shounen-ai, Naruto successfully defeats Hollow-Naruto. Killer Bee and Naruto step past the waterfall into a hidden little city, which Killer Bee says will be the site for Naruto’s battle against the Kyuubi.

Thank goodness that was resolved quickly and with minimal talking from Motoi. You know, that little hugging-it-out scene with Naruto gives me renewed hope for Sasuke’s salvation. All it takes is a little bit of BL and some comforting words, and Sasuke will remember love. Kisame is probably puking in his mouth right now, but I wonder if he will be able to hold off during Naruto’s battle.

Seriously, when is Kisame going to get moving. He already lost his sword, and now he’s reduced to being a hilt. I want another rematch with Gai already!!!
The whole self love felt very cliche, but I am reminded that the next person Naruto will have to show some loving is Sasuke. Dang, how about showing some love to Hinata. She’s been waiting like 20 to 50 chapters or something.
That shark is gonna jump out of the sword, and then the frog will surprise him by jumping out of Naruto’s belly.

I actually liked how this part was handled. I was kind of expecting Naruto to get some sort of sudden power up, beat evil Naruto to oblivion, and I rage quit because of cliches. But this chapter resolved it quickly and easily.
Yeah, I didn’t mind this chapter that much, since everything got resolved cleanly and quickly. Thank goodness Naruto didn’t randomly power up…
Thankfully this hell is over and the next obstacle will finally roll on. Judging by what Bee said in the end there, things are finally gonna get messy.
No more of this inner demon bull, we are finally gonna face the Kyuubi itself. I wonder if this is where Kisame will finally join the party.
I really wonder when Kisame is going to make his move. Having Naruto right next to Killer Bee isn’t ideal, but Kisame might let his pride get the better of him.
