Summary:

The feudal lords give their approval for the ninja alliance, and Sai notes that the ROOT seals have disappeared. While everyone pretends to be mad at Sakura for running off, they’re really all just mad they got beaten by one of the worst characters in this series. Naruto mentions that even after being weakened, Sasuke was too much to handle, but Naruto refuses to explain why.

Of course the answer soon becomes clear, as Sasuke shows off his newest prop: blindfold bandages. Damn, if he puts on some black feathery wings and leaves the shirt off, all hope is lost for Naruto. Sasuke is already feeling the power boost from the Itachi’s eyes, as Madara is apparently a brilliant ophthalmologist in addition to being a brilliant ninja. Konoha needs a leader to really participate in the ninja alliance, but before Kakashi gets sworn in he gets blocked (again) by Tsunade’s awakening.

This was another boring chapter. Kakashi will never be Hokage, and at this rate it’s turning into a running joke. As for Tsunade’s coma, who here believed for a second she was really in trouble? No one dies from running out of chakra. All you do is pass out. The only reason Tsunade was unconscious for so long is because she is so old, flat, and wrinkly that she needs to gather a lot of chakra to make herself look hot, young, and busty. Besides, everyone knows that girls take forever to get ready; Tsunade is just fashionably late. Good thing Obamacare just got passed, or there’d be some serious bills to pay.
I found it funny how when Tsunade finally woke up, it looked like Shizune was trying to sneak into bed with her and got caught. Also, considering how sickly and nearly blind Itachi was before he died, I bet Sasuke is just feeling the placebo effect.

Man, Tsunade’s such a cock-blocker. Right when Kakashi’s about to become the 6th hokage, Tsunade JUST has to wake up.
On another hand, you could say Tsunade saved Kakashi from being Hokage. The position of Hokage doesn’t exactly have a great record for life expectancy or dying under good circumstances. Now Kakashi might actually survive until the end of the series.
That’s true, looks like Kakashi won’t see his dad for a while.

I hate Naruto.
Kishimoto f*cked up his own creation completely. all that ever happens is tribute to his beloved Saske, naruto’s whining and some BS politics with characters I don’t give a slightest sh*t. moreover the art has become so bad that it looks as if it was done w/ microsoftpaint.

I know it’s a moot point now (because of Pain’s mercy resurrection), but Kakashi died from running out of chakra. He used his Mangekyo to block a missile targeting Chouji, and it sucked the last bit of chakra and life out of him.
Also, this show likes to kill its hokages off. I was 95% sure that Tsunade had kicked the bucket. It also made some sense that when Kakashi took the title, he would eventually follow suit so Naruto could take his position.
But this issue changes all that… Kakashi isn’t Hokage, and that greatly increases his chances of survival . xD
Can’t wait for Mizukage and Tsuande to meet up. That would be pretty fun since they are both old and single (although Tsunade is 50)
I honestly thought Tsunade finally kicked the bucket… lol
I really thought Tsunade died. The theme of killing off the old and coming in with the new generation has shown little mercy.
Well, I’m kind of glad she’s alive though.
