Summary:

There’s some more blabbering, and then Naruto and Sasuke are blown back by how much inner-mind talking they are doing. Zetsu zips in to catch Sasuke and then tattle on him to Madara, and then Kakashi catches Naruto and reiterates that as Team 7 leader he should take Sasuke out. Meanwhile, Sakura stands on the side and says stupid things that add nothing to the conversation.
Actually, Tsunade and Hiruzen couldn't save Orochimaru, so apparently this isn't a job requirement
Madara shows up to say they should fight later so that they can extend the manga and keep the cash cow alive. Before they go, Naruto reminds Sasuke that when manly men fight they can see into each others hearts and that as super-duper ninjas their inevitable battle will just result in a double-KO. Basically, Naruto is hoping to tank Sasuke alone, so that Naruto will keep all the hate… and turn it into love.

Boring chapter… I wonder what will happen to Karin and I also wonder if Kisame is possibly alive. There was some mention of the Rinnegan by Madara, which I found confusing. Other than that, it was just a rehash of nearly every conversation Naruto and Sasuke have had over the last few years, ending with Sasuke refusing all of Naruto’s friend requests yet again. Sakura crying really made me mad, too.

Obviously Sakura is not a top-class ninja lol.
Naruto and Sasuke deserve each other, seeing how both of them are nuts. Even Sakura is too good for either of them.
Now wait just a second, Sakura is not too good for ANYONE.

I agree with you Sakura to me is a burden, she actually imagined she could take on Sasuke who killedd Orochimaru(not really) and more to that an Uchiha. I was happy when i saw Sasuke so much projected on impact btw his chidori and naruto’s rasengan. So Zetsu really is not a fighting kind of a ninja. But in all of this mess, where is Team Gai? About Hoshigaki Kisame, although he was and remains my favorite Akatsuki character, I sincerely believe he was dead after all, he received a DOUBLE LARIAT from the Raikage and KB. But also is SAMEHADA with KB? or…
Yeah, I don’t know what is going on with that traitorous spiky sword either. That is such a bummer to have your weapon betray you and then get two manly biceps to the head so hard that your head pops off.
I totally forgot about that sword, but its kind of makes sense. A weapon has no real loyalty to no but the wielder.
I’m still surprised by Naruto’s proclamation. Seriously hot boy love isn’t the way to go.
A sword may not show loyalty to anyone…but no swordwielder would ever expect his weapon to randomly attack himself.
Imagine if Aizen’s zanpaktou decided to pout and use sharingan on him!
