why it’s labeled a Shonen is beyond me. >_>
The fighting is shounen, but if anything the manga reminds me of Mai Hime and Mai Otome.
I’m looking forward to this in the same way that I look forward to Queen’s Blade episodes. I wanna laugh at how silly it is and just sit back and enjoy the crazy ride!

I kind of want to see how they’ll dodge the pregnancy dilemma. Tried reading the manga, couldnt get into it at all.
They call it “soma” and act like it is special energy fluid for powering attacks. Even lolis can produce it.

Presumably this also means the Saka Haomavarga were superpowered badasses, and the Achaemenid Persians even more so on account of having kicked their butts into submission.
Would you believe the premise of this thing makes me A) go “LOL WUT” B) start wondering about the tastes of the author C) start wondering about the tastes of the Japanese in general given that the thing got animated?
That last having enough vaguely racist undertones to leave me feeling slightly uncomfortable.

Well as I understand it, most of the random the girl-on-girl is milk free, and only the Qwasers get liquid (“soma”) from the teat.
My problem with the anime adaptation is that they changed the character design too much and it doesn’t look like Satou Kenetsu’s style anymore
It makes me want to try the manga but not the anime.
Oh ho, I like the chemistry knowledge used in the manga. I think I’ll check out the anime now. The fights do look interesting.

Well I think this show rocks! If you dont like tits then maybe this isn’t the show for you, but if you dont live under a rock and your not a homo then youll like this show guaranteed. more boobies for everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I picked up this show for kicks and giggles. It’s got some funny parts in there, like when the loli S&M queen makes the female gang girl leader her all girls prison beeyotch. KINKY! Too many cute girls dying horrible bloody deaths though… Well animated, very VERY ecchi and borderline hentai.
That was one of my favorite parts too, lol, because it was so random. When you think about it, the show’s soma premise is a pretty brilliant justification for absurd amounts of fanservice.
‘Seikon no Qwaser’ is one of the worst series of the season. Leaving aside the euphemisms (fanservice, ecchi, etc), this series can only be described as pornographic. That is the kinda crap that makes me ashamed to like Anime.
