Sickly handicapped people can be jerks, too
For all of God Realm’s tough talk, Nagato is drooling blood all over himself in exhaustion; as Nagato loses control of the Chibaku Tensei, the rock falls on Naruto. Naruto then notices that going Fox-mode disturbed his chakra, so he doesn’t have a spare clone to summon anymore. As the mini-Katsuyu climbs out from Naruto’s shirt (ummmm… slimy…) Naruto takes a peek around and realizes that someone forgot to turn friendly fire off.
More like it was 'pure rock'
No one was hurt by Naruto’s 6-tail blast, mainly because at that time God Realm had dropped a boulder on Naruto’s head and so the blast missed everyone (including God Realm). Also, Hinata is ok, and she’s not even that badly wounded. Neji goes to look for a healer, but she’d probably be ok with just some gauze and an antiseptic. Don’t the ninja teams carry any medical supplies?

I love how Rock notices Shima is down and then they cut to a weeping Naruto. Awesome. Summons/frogs are people, too. Meanwhile God Realm explains that even though Naruto understands pain a little better now, they still have to agree to disagree. Since God Realm wont take Naruto to see Nagato, Naruto hatches a plan to use the chakra receivers against Nagato.
Not as sneaky when you only have one sleeve to hide blades in
Since it’s obvious which side the blade is coming from, Naruto is able to snap the receiver off and boot God Realm away. It makes no sense why Naruto didn’t immediately eat a extra helping of Shinra Tensei the way Hinata did, but in any case Naruto j-j-j-jams the chakra blade into his own right shoulder. In Sage Mode, Naruto is then able to sense that Nagato is hiding in a nearby mountain. Thanks for nothing Inoichi. Finally, it’s time to beat God Realm up.
This isn't even a new trick
God Realm blows the rasenshuriken away with a Shinra Tensei, but predictably it was just a fake. The real rasenshuriken was hidden in the shadow of the fake rasenshuriken, and now Shinra Tensei is on 5-second cooldown. It looks like the battle will end next week.
Well, I can’t say I was too thrilled about this chapter. First off, how dumb is God Realm? Now Naruto is using even older tricks that Sasuke came up with as a genin. The shadow shuriken move was the prototype for the Naruto-kagebunshin-henge-shuriken move! It also doesn’t make sense why a Shinra Tensei would blow away the shadow shuriken and not the real rasenshuriken that is right underneath. I can only assume that as Nagato gets more and more tired, his game-planning gets more erratic. Even worse, God Realm talks so damn much that even though Naruto lost his other Sage Chakra battery clone, he had enough time to gather enough Sage Chakra to go Sage Mode again normally.
That 5-second cooldown is actually pretty cripping when you think about how God Realm seems to have very few other moves. Wouldn’t Shikamaru own God Realm? Last I checked, gravity can bend light, but I’m not sure how much gravitational force Shinra Tensei generates. It would also be hilarious if the second rasenshuriken was also a fake because Naruto used the smoke cloud to throw both rasenshuriken attacks at the mountain where Nagato is. This would be the prudent move, especially if God Realm did not see the rasenshuriken being thrown at the mountain.

Yeah, it was a pretty iffy fight. Not sure why God Realm tried hand-to-hand combat in the first place, and falling for Naruto’s old trick was even dumber.
As for your final scenario, I don’t think the rasen shuriken has that kind of range, and I don’t think Naruto is that smart even though he did seem to get a 20 point IQ bump after training at Myobokuzan.
I’m waiting for Naruto to show off his dad’s move and just suddenly appeared in front of Nagato. Yeah, wishful thinking, but Naruto really gotta learn some new moves.
