Tower of Druaga: Sword of Uruk 07

Summary:

There is a short flashback of Ahmey teaching the team hand signals for coordinating maneuvers which segues nicely into the group meeting the illusions of Kally and Ahmey. Melt and Coopa join up with everyone else, as most of the Golden Knights are dead. The mansion brings back anyone you deeply wanted to meet but cannot, and though the next door is nearby, you have to search through nostalgic clutter to get it. Utu quickly finds the key, but his bromance with Kally prevents him from telling everyone right away.

Uragon and Cumu are the only other ones to survive, and Cumu is carrying Might the Fool on his back. Although Cumu sees his young older sister, no one appears for Uragon. Still this beats Henaro’s experience, as she meets her dad Pazuz and he tells her that he never loved her (and then she shoots him in the head). As expected, Amina sent Henaro (whose real name is Hecate) to retrieve the artificial soldiers and protect Cilgamesh. Unfortunately, Henaro is still unable to control the soldiers, so Sword of Blood, Tear of Ice, and Specula Ex Machina shoot up the place while Might the Fool rebels and latches on to Uragon.

Reaction:

How biased is this show against anyone who shoots arrows? I believe the illusions are internal, so Pazuz was simply the Pazuz in Henaro’s mind, but the mansion was very interesting. This means that Kaaya also saw Ahmey, and probably changed into her grandmother’s outfit. I felt kinda bad for Fatina having to watch Jil tie on Kaaya’s headband, but I am not really sure she loves him anyway. Ahmey was awesome as usual, and she shined in her mother hen role. I thought Ahmey giving Jil the “Move Forward” signal at the end was especially brilliant.

As much fun as the illlusions were, there was some plot advancement as well. I can’t believe that Amina has somehow become the shadow boss, and that “Henaro” is not even Hecate’s real name (but I will still call her “Henaro”). I figured her dojikko, whiny attitude was just an act, but it was interesting that Pazuz said he expected his daughter to be a killer loli. Speaking of killer lolis, how about Uragon scoring himself a killer loli? All those years of service finally paid off, because being the spoiled youngest son of a rich family rocks!

Fatina really needs to step up and claim Jil for her own XD

I thought it was kinda off for Utu to be the one who wants to stay at the mansion… He struck me as the type who would continue going forward.

Well, Fatina has been trying for half a year, but it seems like Jil still has Kaaya on his mind.

I think after all that time hanging out with Neeba and Kally, and then wrestling for 6 months Utu got used to doing lots of man-stuff. Then he got stuck hanging out with Henaro, Jil, and Fatina and his testosterone-level dropped dangerously low.

That really explains a lot lol

I think Fatina is the highest testosterone level in the party right now.

I think we should be grateful that there’s finally a true killer loli in this show. ALL HAIL KILLER LOLIS!

There’s still time for Coopa to make it two three.
