Summary:
Kazane calls an emergency meting of the Shishidou board of trustees because younger sister Takane was unable to keep youngest sister Sakura out of the enemy’s clutches. Using her Tachyon Sword and some clever diversions, X-QT Aleida was able to wipe out the Shadow Group and abduct 12-year-old genius, Sakura. The board of trustees suspect this has something to do with Nerval and the Nervalists, and Takane heads to St. Artemis Welfare Center on the moon to intercept Aleida. Unfortunately, the trap works and after a brief skirmish with Aleida, all we see is the broken remains of Takane’s sword.
Meanwhile, Akiha and Leopard have a fight over how he forced her and Itsuki to streak through the campus last episode. Akiha doesn’t want to help Leopard anymore and Leopard longs for a certain person (who is no longer around. However, Akiha is bored now and Leopard is still at only 21% self-realization. After learning that the two ninjas know she is alive, Itsuki forces Akiha to take them to Leopard so Itsuki can ask about her missing parents. Leopard reconciles with Akiha and helps her escape the ninjas, and Honka agrees to let Itsuki meet Leopard if Itsuki helps them retrieve the Golden Orb Warmer from the moon.

What is up with this horrible Akiha emo? I understand that Sakura is already a doctorate, Nami is a popular idol, Kazane is the CEO of a huge company, and Takane is a super-agent or something, but Akiha gets to hang out with Leopard vi Britannia. Since we have met all the Shishidou sisters now, I wonder who Leopard is missing. Leopard and Akiha were clearly completely tsundere for each other, while Honoka revealed that she wouldn’t mind being stripped naked.
While the episode was silly, a lot of the silliness seemed to be on purpose. It was amusing how the ninjas immediately assumed that the Mysteries Department had used voodoo magic to raise Itsuki from the dead, and I noticed that all the ships seem to be named after seafood (Fugu and Crab-Fish). I was also tickled when the ninjas mentioned that the Fugu was “off-roading” even though in open space the idea of off-roading really loses a lot of its meaning.

Takane is now the second reason I watch this show for. The story can go to hell for all I care.
Emo Akiha is a big turn-off. She wears an awesome suit, flys, travels, and shoots things.
If I had the chance to be with ‘Ruru’pard, then even I wouldn’t mind being stripped naked. He is God after all (after Dorm-Manager-Sensei in Maria†Holic)
