Just lightening the mood with a little 'accidental' boob brush
It’s time for the final mission, although I suspect the mission is final in the way that Final Fantasy is final. The first order of business is for Inaba Kouki to freak out and scream about how he knows he is going to die. Sakurai Hiroto begins to feel the same way (now that he doesn’t have ‘lose virginity’ as an all-motivating goal), but the group is no match for the combined inspirational leadership of Kurono Kei and Kato Masaru.

Kei and Masaru give little speeches and are able to calm the team down. No one says anything nice about the Vampires, which I think is discrimination. Masaru points out there is no point to giving up before the battle even begins, and with that the transfer begins.
Does the puke get transferred too?
However, upon arrival in an Italian-looking city, it appears that the battle has already begun. One Hunter’s already gotten his legs chopped off, and Gantz has not provided much information about the battle or the targets.
Ooh, I love gelato!
If this really is the final battle, I wonder what will happen to any Hunters that die. Will everyone get revived if the humans win? Will your equipment still work and will it still be covered under warranty? I also wonder about the fate of the Vampires and any other Gantz teams that are taking part in the battle. The next few chapters should be exciting!

Ah , I had to go re-read to notice the vampires. I like how they are just there now. not saying anything. not even looking bothered by the fact that they can’t escape Gantz , the thing they came hunting for no apparent reason few chapters ago.
Gantz didn’t seem to say what they were up againts this time. for some reason i have the feeling they are going to fight humans. That and that Oku is going to mess the end of yet again another of his manga.
Can’t wait for the man vs. alien carnage to be back. I don’t think this will be the final “final” mission, since there are a couple of lingering story lines such as Reika’s quest to “make a Kurono” for herself or Kato’s hook-up with the real Kishimoto. I’m guessing Inaba is going to die, and of course a couple of other random characters bite the dust with him.

i don’t think that the city they are in is italian, however.
gantz is a really up-to-date manga (as in 2009 up to date, and there was a Iphone shown a few chapters back) so i’d say that the city is in iraq or pakistan,
because it said at the top that the city was already war-torn
I’m just going based off the sign, as the look of the city isn’t especially distinct. What you say could be true, but the sign seems to be in Italian.
