Nakazono Kirara wants to be a star, but it seems like you can’t get anywhere in this world without banging a few important people. Kirara’s manager Ryoutaro Hanamaki encourages Kirara to give up her virginity and start sleeping her way to the top, but Kirara isn’t so sure about that plan. Like any good manager would, Hanamaki then locks Kirara in a large apartment full of scummy, horny, important men. One random executive takes the bait, but that’s when the alpha male swoops in to “save” Kirara.

Fujiwara Ginzou (or “Gin” as everyone calls him) is attracted to Kirara, but she resists and protests that even people sleeping their way to the top are working hard. It’s the Man that’s keeping everyone down (and naked). In spite of all this self-righteous talk, Kirara doesn’t mind too much when Gin sticks his tongue into her mouth.
Gin just deflowered her mouth
Giving it up on the first date is skanky, but a little tongue action never hurt anyone. Gin goes above and beyond in keeping the night extra classy.
I just want you to know that I completely respect you
The next day, Kirara is beset by reporters and can’t believe she’s landed a plum role in a drama. Hanamaki immediately assumes that Kirara is some kind of lusty tensai, and doesn’t believe that she is still a virgin. In spite of the odd circumstances, Kirara decides to enjoy the day and comes out of the dressing room looking like prime grade idol material.

That’s when Gin saunters in and informs Kirara that he is going to buy her. He then plants a nice hickey on Kirara’s neck right before her big debut. This triggers a slap attempt, but Gin isn’t about to get punked in front of his boys.
Kirara needs more +hit gear
I don’t usually read too much shoujo manga, but I figured I should expand my horizons a bit. I picked Love Celeb because the art is not as horrendous as the stuff you usually see in shoujo. This plot seems pretty classic, but I do like watching Gin be a complete jerk. Although Kirara is really star-struck now, I look forward to her getting more confident and eventually sticking it to Gin. Unfortunately, I have a sinking feeling that she will be a typical damsel in distress who will end up being saved by Hanamaki instead.
