Since I’ve been pretty busy as of late, I’ll fire off a few thoughts about the Soul Eater episodes to get myself caught up.
- Stein needs to cut back on the coffee. Dude, you’re losing your mind here!
- The Soul Eater writers must have borrowed from the Lost writers about the mysterious island.
- Teamwork for teh win. That’s right Maka…you can’t be PMSing at the wrong time unless you want to eat some special BS knuckle sandwiches in the future.
- Nice to see some other Shibusen students for a change. Lightning dude is actually strong, Fire girl is useful, but dual-wielding fire and lightning pots are uber awesome!
- Sid and Mifune’s battle was awesome, and Justin’s avalanche was hilarious for some reason.
- Mosquito is the brother of the Michelin Man.

…am I the only one who thinks the body language of the trio facing Mosquito in that screenie screams “collective OTL moment”?
Then again, his transformations and accompanying banter do tend to fall pretty firmly under the “What.” category. This series keeps coming up with some heavy shit. :love:
