A Few Thoughts On Code Geass 25

I thought the episode was pretty good, and a fitting end for a rollercoaster of a series. It was almost tragic, I suppose, but anyway there are spoilers ahead.

- I think Lelouch is really dead. He set out to do what he wanted, and felt his death was necessary for his plan. It was nice how Suzaku likes to end conflict by stabbing the main bosses.
- Unfortunately, Lelouch forgot one thing: Arthur. WTF are they going to do when Zero visits a school festival and ends up chasing Arthur around Ashford? Isn’t anyone going to get suspicious when Zero does a triple spin in the air and roundhouse kicks Arthur in the face?
- Sayoko is definitely hiding in one of those orange trees.
- The scene with Nunnally falling down the stairs was hilarious. All along she was supposed to be gentle and kind, but when someone tips her over she gets spiteful. Also, I thought her inability to walk was also part of the Geass, so why is she still wheelchair-bound?
- I can’t believe they used that silly looking sword at the end. Lelouch sliding down the ramp was totally awesome. Nunnally fanservice on the parade float was unexpected.
- I prefer Kallen’s non-OotBK hair. She looked cute in the wedding photo, and I think she makes an OK couple with Gino. I think Kallen just worshipped Zero, as Gino seems more her type.
- How the hell can Guilford run out with a gun in his hand? Isn’t he blind?
- I don’t understand how some of the characters got invited to Ougi and Viletta’s wedding. Why would Nina or Anya be there?
- Overall, I liked Code Geass a lot. Sure there were some silly plot twists, and it was annoying how almost nobody ever stayed dead, but every single episode was super-exciting. The ending even wrapped up most of the details nicely, just as planned.

thinkam pretty sure Lulu is dead too. :<Nunnally still being wheelchair-bound is a bit puzzling to me, too. They DID say blind AND cripped, right?
And since when was Guilford ever officially declared blind?
Oh, he is just a rock star with his sunglasses indoors? That would make sense I guess.
You know, if Lelouch lived because of a Code, he would grow up to be Kogarashi from Kamen no Maid Guy.
I still find it hilarious how Sunrise can so blatantly make fun of the crippled and get away with it. Stairs vs. Nunnally indeed.

Now, I don’t get the feeling Kallen’s going to move on from Lelouch anytime soon…not before a few years at least, but I suppose you’re free think she’ll eventually end up with Gino. I’m just “meh” about that. Glad to see her returning to a normal life though.
Well, Nunnally has been wheelchair-bound for years now, so her leg muscles must’ve atrophied over that time. Just because the geass wore off doesn’t mean she’ll suddenly regain all those lost muscles.
I’m with Sagacious1 on this. You know, I’ve always thought it amusing that Nunnally doujinshi (what little I’ve seen) always seem to draw her with normal proportions when her thighs should be as thin as her arms in reality.

Well women store fat in their thighs too and since Nunnally wasn’t storing the fat in her chest she could still have big legs while sitting in a wheelchair.
Also, the final montage of people seemed to be some time in the future (at least several months). Even if Nunnally had jelly legs, she should have been able to stand with crutches by then, unless she was neglecting her rehab.
I’m glad Lelouch is dead, although I’ve always thought CC would be the one to kill him.
I don’t really care for those, I just want to know what in the Jupiter is C.C’s real name!
About Guilford, an explanation may be that he is not blind, but his eyes were damaged and he became extremely sensitive to light.
I thought it was awesome! Especially the song Hitomi sang at the end. It was a nice closing for the series.
even though he destroyed the geass world…thing do u think cc could communicate with him like his mom did and come back in another person. if so that could be in r3. im only sayin this to explain cc coments at the end. or she was just reflecting on the past few years lol. lelouch’s death was an awsome and just death for him. he died acomplishing his goal and there is no reason to make a third season… but if they did i would love to watch it. ok… not a complet season but some follow p episodes with lelouch in a persons body like what his mom did would be kind of interesting. cc would probably enjoy the company. and as for kallen……as much as i would love for her to hook up with trisen (like a year or two latter)i know she would leave him for a reancarnated lelouch lol.

my friends have just finished reading tht R3 book,,,,, they told me that the new geass of lulu has a gratefull power of imortality,, after suzaku killed him… everybody was thingking that lulu was dead.. suddenly after an hour of sleeping,,lulu had just woke up,, and he with himself feels so shock about it.. then he saw c.c… they have decided to stay away from the city…and live the simple life that they whant…. yet with the new body and geass of nunnaly…they never expect to encounter new tragedies and enimies whose goal is to destroy the united nations of federations……………..
It’s really kind of retarded that some fangirls made R3, yes there is going to be a Code Geass R3, if you look it up on Google, you’ll get enough proof. At the end of the Narita Op. episode, after the Guren MKII hand is wrecked, the first time in R1, you can read Lelouch’s lips and and can find out C.C’s true name. I would prefer that Lelouch would have died, but blame them freaking fan girls!
