Shana is pissed that Yuuji is so nice to Konoe. Originally Ike was assigned to be Konoe’s guide, but Konoe wanted Yuuji instead. Naturally Kazumi tags along, making both Shana and Ike jealous. That little flaked bonito onigiri chomping, bird-watching retard is ruining Shana’s alone time with Yuuji, but at least it makes Wilhelmina satisfied that Yuuji won’t try to bone Shana when they are left alone for practice. While Shana makes Yuuji hurt so good, Wilhelmina chills with Marjorie as they discuss all the n00bs QQ’ing on the Outlaw forum.
The next day, the gang goes to check out the new restaurant Supersize Heaven. Satou wants to challenge Yuuji to an eating contest, especially after hearing how Yuuji has gotten to train with a Flame Haze. They end up tying, but Konoe wanders away. Shana is pissed that Yuuji is looking after Konoe all the time, and it turns out Konoe was saving a baby bird from a stray cat. Kazumi finds Yuuji and Konoe making googly eyes at each other, and realizes that it may be time for an alliance against the new girl.
Again, this was not a very exciting episode, although the lovu lovu scheming was enough to keep me watching. Clearly, Ike is hoping that Yuuji will get all fat by the middle of the semester, and Kazumi will realize that Ike is the only truly single guy on the show. I’m glad that Satou and Tanaka got a little time, especially when they had that knowing smirk while mentioning, “How can we not come after hearing ‘supersize’?” They should check out Dragonaut, I think they would really like Garnet.
I’m especially happy that Shana and Kazumi have teamed up against Konoe. I can’t stand that girl, as I don’t usually like dopey, helpless characters. Kazumi is pretty slow on the uptake, considering that Konoe was stealing Yuuji’s time and attention while wasting the bento that Kazumi slaved over. Also, it’s clear that Konoe is a bird-n00b, because that birdhouse’s entrance was much too large.

I thought it was fairly common knowledge. I used to have some bird-feeders and a birdbath in the backyard, so I did some reading up on the stuff. I was like a peep at the bird onsen orz.
Now you’ve said that I’m just imaginging Kabitzin, Sydney and Toby stalking the bird bath together with :3 expressions. ^_^;;

I wish I knew about those birdhouse precautions when I was a little kid. I used to have a bird house also, but the squirrels would always D-block all the seeds ;_; It was pretty amusing seeing the birds and squirrels battle it out though, but we took the birdhouse away. If they’re not gonna have a peace treaty, then they’ll have to search for there own food >:o
