Priscilla is in some serious denial, and refuses to attend her AA (Awakened Anonymous) meetings. She thinks everyone else is a Yoma, and keeps calling Clare “Teresa.” While Lucky and Jean compete in the the Three-Legged Race, Clare battles on, but is no match for even a Level 1 Awakened Priscilla. Fortunately, Helen arrives in time to deflect the killing blow, while Miria saves Clare from falling in the lava. Deneve shows up too… and is the scrub who has to retrieve Clare’s sword.
The trio buys some time for Clare, but then Priscilla goes Level 2, gets larger, and grows longer hair. Her wings also become Vulcan guns. I guess she was 50% Yoma and 50% Saiyan. While Priscilla makes Miria her main squeeze, Deneve once again does nothing, but gets her hands cut off. Even the extra sword she throws ends up in Helen’s leg. Oops. Helen then loses a leg and blacks out. As things start to look helpless, Clare remembers her desire for revenge and powers up in a bright blue light, revealing her Unlimited Blade Works.
It’s only a matter of time before someone goes to plaid. I didn’t mind the power-ups (we all knew they were coming), but I could have done with less Teresa flashbacks. I only like flashbacks when they are distorted Priscilla flashbacks where everyone looks like Teresa. The Priscilla experience is very Being John Malcovich. I also liked how Priscilla was able to lick her entire horn off and use eye hacks to see in both directions at once. Basically, Priscilla is a chameleon. I’m not sure what Clare is going to turn out to be, but it will probably be something weird and amalgamated like a platypus, a liger, or a turducken.
I wonder if Clare is able to unleash more Yoma power because she is more diluted. I also wonder which Yoma’s blood they put in Teresa. Did they put that Yoma in other Claymores? Where is the DIY Claymore guide? I’m also wondering why Miria, Helen, and Deneve had to stop running in order to chat, and why they gave up on the ninja-style of running. Obviously this slowed them down, as a hobbled Jean was able to catch up to them just a few minutes later.

Someone needs to get Priscilla a mirror so she can go all emo and slit her wrists. Well, further emo. As for Clare’s awaken state, its taken from almost awakened state from the manga. Its more akin to a spider thrashing on its back then any other animal. Would be nice if its a black widow, the females eat their mates.
About the postponement of School Days and Higurashi episodes (hopefully airing them hasn’t been completely cancelled) due to the real-life incident, may we blame that on Claymore 24? Doesn’t it show Priscilla killing her father with an axe? I mean, you postpone SD and H yet we have been looking at six months’ worth of hacking on the CM show. How many days did ep.24 precede the real-life incident? Isn’t it also true that Claymore airs in the middle of the night and the real-life incident happened a few hours before dawn?
No way, Teresa did all of that. Priscilla was just innocently eating some guts. Flashback or it didn’t happen.
We’re quite lucky that axe flashback episode was aired before that psycho went and axed her dad.

Im hoping clare finally kicks priscillas ass im kinda sick of her “I dont know wtf im talking about” attitude. someone needs to kill her and get to the ‘big guys’ Easley of the North and the south chick with lots of legs. A large scale claymore/youma war would be pretty interesting…?
