The combination of the Makoto-Otome video and Setsuna’s sudden departure leaves Sekai in a funk, so Makoto satisfies his urges with Hikari. Everyone is interested in Makoto now, and Natsumi and Kumi convince Minami to go to Makoto’s place for some fun. But while Makoto is just having a grand time, Sekai begins to experience morning sickness. Elsewhere, a delusional Kotonoha carries on conversations as if she is talking to Makoto, although she is really just talking to herself.
Finally Sekai decides to put her mark on Makoto, and storms into class to tell him that she’s pregnant with his child. She’s quite pleased with herself, and it has half of the intended effect. Most of the girls wanted to have fun without any consequences, and now no one will answer Makoto’s calls. Makoto starts thinking about when he was with Kotonoha, and as luck would have it, she has been waiting in the snow all night for him. He can’t believe the sorry state Kotonoha is in, and sobs while he apologizes to her. As he embraces her, he says something to her, and Kotonoha appears to be lucid again.
What an exciting episode! I am starting to suspect that this show will either turn into a trippy horror series or public service message on the importance of using protection. Makoto reminds me of those start-ups that attract massive amounts of interest, before crashing into flames under the weight of too much cash burn in lieu of results. Now, he’s no choice but to go back to his roots, that is Kotonoha. I really enjoyed seeing him get a little taste of his own medicine, although I’m surprised he didn’t stop at Nanami’s place before he went back to Kotonoha.
It looked like both women were holstering their weapons this episode, as Sekai practiced her knife skills, and Kotonoha pondered her saw. Kotonoha’s delusional world was definitely sad, but she has fashioned a neat little cliche anime world in her mind. Meanwhile, Sekai is just as delusional if she thinks that a mini-Makoto will help her keep Makoto. One can’t help but wonder about the girls of the school, considering how Natsumi wants everyone to move onto pleasuring Kumi’s beast of a boyfriend next. I’m glad that Makoto always makes sure to remind the girl(s) he’s with that it takes (at least) two to tango, and that he’s not the only guilty one.

The preview of ep.12 featured the faint sound of an ambulance siren. Shall we take bets on who stabs Makoto: Sekai or Kotonoha?
Ooh…Ooh my vote goes to Sekai, I remember in the stabbing ending Sekai was pregnant at the time and was discussing having a baby with Kotonoha.
If Makoto had met Kirie, none of this would have happened. We need more girls like Kirie to protect the world against preverts like Makoto.
Well, Sekai did give him a Muay Thai knee to the gonads, but Makoto had already planted the seeds of destruction.
If I were writing this for shock value, Kotonoha reveals herself to be pregnant with Taisuke’s baby next week
and Makoto’s world comes crashing down even further
Hmm…Despite all the chaos I caused at the GB boards, For once I actually would like to see Makoto get his ass kicked by someone, guy or girl.
By the way, Kotonoha carrying Taisuke’s baby is a creepy thought to me.
Where is Taisuke? Dead?
No…I don’t think he’s dead…yet
But Kotonoha did have that wrapped up saw, and we haven’t see Taisuke for a while now.

I’m not sure, but right afterwards Kotonoha put out a book called “If I Did it, Here’s How It Happened.”
