Ayano is assigned by Juugo to investigate a hitodama at Seiryou Academy, and because she is the next Soushu, Juugo hires Kazuma to be her bodyguard. At first Ayano refuses, but the thought of Kirika taking on the assignment with Kazuma convinces her otherwise. With help from Nanase and Yukari, Ayano discovers that the hitodama is actually a mischievous fairy named Teana. Teana has some fun at Ayano’s expense, but the fairies are really there to make the dead sakura tree in the courtyard bloom to fulfill an old man’s dying wish.
While this was a reasonably entertaining episode, nothing really important happened. It’s clear that Juugo is hoping that all the time with Kazuma will help his daughter fall in love with him and act more like a lady. If everything works out, it will be money will spent; more importantly it will be money that is coming back to the family. Meanwhile, Kazuma is probably just having fun with all the fanservice.

See, Juugo is the SMART one of the family, unlike that dumbass father and mother that disowned him and then got OWNED (father) by their “worthless” son’s wind power. The levelheadedness that juugo has most of the time really makes me wonder about his Ji-JiGARlock factor during fighting (hopefully we will get to see juugo kick some ass really soon) People like Juugo are those who make money and have power in the world. “Work smarter not harder” you see juugo does not a damn thing but sit and drink tea or about a half an hours work of investigation (like when he figured out the first family betrayed their family in ep 2-3) and all the guy did was ask the servant about his son, Bam case closed. . .not to get the wind god and my stupid fire daughter to fall in love, and I will have spent NO money done NOTHING and have my family rise to prominence. . . .ok Im talking too much
Juugo
That “last Wish” story was made up by the Pixies to avoid punishment and as last joke.
