The lame flamboyant bounty hunters chase Nadie and Ellis into a convent, but with a little help from 3 nuns and Ellis’ pump-melting powers, the girls are able to escape rather easily. As Ellis goes to sleep, she dreams about her observer, Professor Heinz Schneider, promising her there will be no more tests. Nadie sees Ellis mumbling about the professor, and a tear falls from Ellis’ eye.
Meanwhile, Jodie continues to pretend to care about her audit of Douglas Rosenberg’s invoice. Obviously she is trying to dig up dirt on him, as she rummages through some old belongings in box U-20XX.12 CAN A. There’s a photo of Heinz and Ellis and some other personal possessions. Jodie glances at her own red pendant, and narrates about how genetic manipulation has brought back witches and their power to manipulate atoms. However, while Jodie thinks she’s being sneaky in her quest to shut down Project Leviathan, Douglas is on to her, and is having killers hunt down various scientists that were involved with Ellis’ creation.
Not very much happened this episode, and Jodie’s narration just covered a lot of stuff we already knew. The cuts between Ellis and Jodie, however, suggest that perhaps she too has some special powers; could it be that Jodie also has witch abilities? As for the convent chase, it was pretty dumb but there were a few funny moments. Ellis’ fork mastery was amusing, and when Nadie knocked over that statue, I kept hoping that the nuns would mention something about joining the Convent Host Club. Alas, this did not happen.
Other little oddities include how poor the bounty hunters were at shooting, and how Nadie let Ellis drive. There were also a few easter eggs thrown into this episode for observant viewers. We are Soldats!

I just realized that you can open the red top on the front. That’s very practical. I wonder whether it has an inside pocket too.
Definitely the red top. I like the poncho. I’m sure Ellis will eventually confirm if there is an inside pocket.
Ah you mean because she broke vase err Maria. Took me five days to figure that out as I was so distracted by the outlook.
