Ayano is grounded and she’s pissed. Instead, Genma is sent to retrieve Kazuma, and it’s an emotional showdown. Genma is able to withstand Kazuma’s trick attacks, and summons his Shinen (divine flame); in the Kannagi family’s 1,000 year history only 11 Enjutsushi have been able to use Shinen. Genma’s Shinen is a poweful blue flame he calls Souen, and Kazuma has to get serious. Kazuma summons a lot of wind spirits, and as his summoning speed is faster, he is able to literally blow Genma away. However, Genma is secretly pleased that Kazuma has found power on his own.

After dropping off his dad at the hospital, Kazuma runs into his annoying little brother, Ren. They hang out at Kazuma’s hotel room and have fun until the mysterious Fuujutsushi attacks the hotel and chops it in half (on top of a shocked Ayano). Kazuma finally meets the powerful Fuujutsushi and recognizes him, but another person abducts Ren.

Since I’ve already spoiled myself, I’ll just give the clues. Looking back it is pretty clear, but if you want to know:

Spoiler Inside Show

There was some more great smack talk during the fight, but I want to know who Tsuo Rin is. Kazuma must have trained under Tsuo Rin and has no real direction now that he has bested his father. It was funny that spoilers come to the Kannagi clan via European Occult sites on the web.

She is definitely hot! :)

Seriously, that pic is awesome. This is one of the very few blogs that gives a good summary of Kaze no Stigma episodes.

A lot of people seem to hate it, but it’s a wonderful show, IMO.
