I haven’t seen Naruto on Cartoon Network, but I managed to catch it here on YouTube. The Naruto voice sounded ok, but the other voices just sounded weird

Hey Kevin, go to Anime-Alliance. I watch the japanese version with English subtitles there. Or here. You can also join the Naruto Community to see if there are any places to find English dubs.
