It’s time for the requisite school fieldtrip, and Dokuro’s up to her usual shenanigans. She makes Sakura’s trip pretty painful with an array of uber water squirt combos, Excalibolg torpedoes, etc., which results in Sakura having to travel a long distance back to the camp site. Everyone is waiting for him there, and he is really moved that they all want him to eat before they will start dinner. Warm fuzziness turns to horror, however, when Sakura finds out that he was simply being used as a guinea pig for a dish prepared with Dokuro’s special bathroom mushrooms (blaaaarggggh). Sakura finds himself covered in purple spots and shaking, and all Dokuro can do for him is summon a special yellow lolicon sweatsuit.
The misery continues for Sakura as he misses out on a chance to accompany Shizuki on the test of courage. Once more, he’s paired with Dokuro when her original partner falls victim to a suspicious animality. In the end, however, Sakura gets a chance to save Shizuki after her partner strands her in the woods. It turns out they were scared by Sabato, but in the end everyone gets back on the school bus and no attempts are made on Sakura’s life.
These episodes weren’t nearly as funny or bizarre as the previous ones. I did like the water squirting combo and the lolicon suit, but the laughs were few and far between. It only took Sakura 6 episodes to figure out how to safely remove an angel halo with his anti-angel bushido. Production values remained high, but everyone was strangely voluptuous in the river…

The end part of episode 6 was extremely nasty to me. I don’t think Sakura could get that taste out of his mouth for at least a year.
You didn’t find this sufficiently bizarre? I’d rather not claim that in presence of a psychologists – unless it’s an advantage of course. In my opinion the pauses between the episodes are really necessary. Otherwise the escalibator fun would really wear off. My favourite moment was when Dokuro switched to a stomach-first position during the jump down the waterfall – I mean that *really* hurts even from small heights. I somewhat missed the obligatory blood fountain though.
I dunno, it wasn’t quite up the the power of the library books last time. This was strange, but not like OMGWTFBBQ strange. The belly flop at the last second was totally awesome, though!
Maybe it’s just so extreme that it’s hard to raise the bar further. By the way, “The Sergeant can’t go to the toilet anymore”? What the hell was that supposed to mean?
I was totally confused by that as well, but wasn’t Sakura also baffled by that phrase? I think Dokuro just spouts nonsense from time to time.
I want that Lolicon Sweatsuit, that rocks so hard…. wonder if I can print one..
