Vivian cleverly wraps herself up in some large banners to avoid the embarassment of having her clothes disappear, but she soon finds that the monster seems to be gaining power. What’s really happening, however, is that she is getting gradually weaker. UFO Man informs Vivan that Ultimate Girls derive their energy from M.O.E., and that if she wants to power up then she needs to ditch the clothing and feel embarassed. Vivian doesn’t want to (because of what her mother told her) but the train monster grabs the banners off Vivian and renders all that bickering moot. Vivian is fully charged up and blasts the train monster with her mental beam. Unfortunately, that beam is not enough, and Makoto gets caught up in the mix. Only Silk can save the day, but since UFO Man’s energy is low, Silk’s clothing begins fading immediately. Silk manages to (literally) derail the monster train and save Makoto, but when she realizes that she is topless, she tries to cover herself up. It then occurs to Silk that Makoto is getting all up-close-and-personal, and so her M.O.E. is fully charged. Silk then dispatches the train monster by squeezing his genitals, and the day is saved.

Well that certainly explains why Tsobomi sucks so badly, and it was awfully convenient how the transformation forces the Ultimate Girls to either disrobe or face astronomical long-term clothing costs (I feel like a UFO Man pun should go here). Needless to say, this episode was completely shameless and absurd. However, you gotta admit that all the plot elements are very handily explained. And well thought out. And perverted. I wanted to cry for Makoto in this episode, when he got stuck on the train phallus that was penetrating the tree T_T.
