The bake-off between St. Pierre and Pantasia commences, and Tsuyoshi shows off his latest sweet bun that’s basically wrapped in sugar but filled with pudding to balance out the overly sweet layer. This new bun earns a perfect score for the three judges. Kazuma’s fried bread creation also seems to win praise from the judges as well, but as Ken pointed out at the end of the 6th episode, Kazuma’s latest Japan is made from “leftover” bread, which draws complaints from Tsuyoshi and questions from the crowd about whether it’s good to sell leftover bread. With the pressure on Kazuma, the Meister steps in and asks a very important question to both bakers for the judges to take into consideration before scoring Kazuma’s bread. Watch and find out for the exciting conclusion!
