In an unexpected turn of events at 2:19 AM, I figured out what was preventing me from logging into Sea Slugs! As it turns out, my mind was unconsciously trying to avoid posting, so as to give Kabitzin fewer opportunities to comment using bad puns.
In actuality, it turns out it had to do with a bad cookie for this site, which was associated with the older version of WordPress before the update to 1.2. I had to not only delete all cookies for this site(which I had tried before), but clear my entire cookie stash; evidently there were some rogue SeaSlug cookies hiding under another name, or whatnot.
At any rate, I can finally post again without going to the media union.
