Dark, stylish, and occult new series done by the folks behind Matantei Loki Ragnarok. Much in the same way, it alternates between serious and lighthearted goofiness, which may or may not tickle your fancy.
Plot centers around a young onmyouji-type guy, Kan-chan, who has been searching since his toddler days for the legendary tengu Haruka, who was nicknamed “ogre eater” due to his power. Unfortunately he was seal away for some reason or another in an unknown locale. The episode basically sets up how Kan-chan finds and unseals Haruka, and defeats a local demon with his help.
Nice ambiance and art style, but I’m not sure where the plot is going. Still up in the air as far as I’m concerned.
