FMA fans finally get the reason why Ed and Hohenheim find themselves in London in a “normal” world. Apparently, according to Hohenheim, the great “Gate” is the passage between the Alchemy world and the “normal” world as we view it, and energy is constantly being passed from world to world to balance things out. Ed still wants to believe that the two worlds are separate, and the law of conservation still works in the alchemy world by itself without any assistance. However, Ed realizes he needs to get back to the alchemy world to rescue Al and Rosy.

Meanwhile, there are still numerous plots going on at the same time.

  1. Major Armstrong and company are still holding ground with their fake revolt.
  2. Mustang takes on the Fuhrer.
  3. Izumi and company are trying to deal with Robo-Archer.
  4. Al is getting alchemized by Dante.

And, OMGWTFCLIFFHANGER, we’re left with a HUGE cliffhanger at the end!!! Full Metal Alchemist 50 icon surprised And to think the series is almost coming to the end!

Man, Robo-Archer is the bomb! I can *totally* picture him him assuming a Schwarzenegger-esque accent and saying “Talk to the hand” :D

David… Did you just say that Robo-Archer was “the bomb”? This has to stop!

have u seen all 52 eps I had downloaded one labled ep 52 but can’t seem to find the codecs required. I have looked around and there seems to be some great deal of controversy over weather there are 51 or 52 episodes. If someone could shead some light I would be most appreciative.

Hello Berek,

There are only 51 episodes of FMA to my knowledge, so I’m guessing the 52nd episode you found must be some sort of spoof. Hope that helps!

There are 51 Official episodes, and 1 weird and disturbing one so you could say there are 52; just that episode 52 is a weird porn wannabee, and that episode will make loose IQ points.
