The episode continues from where we left off on episode 89. Tsunade is faced with several “tough” decisions. First, she’s pondering about Orochimaru’s proposal of bringing back her boyfriend and little brother back to life in exchange for healing Orochimaru’s arms. Strangely enough, the Orochimaru’s plan to destroy Konoha doesn’t seem to phase Tsunade very much, although Shizune tries with all her might to convince Tsunade otherwise. Kabuto proposed that they give Tsunade some time to think it over and expect her to have a response within a week.
Later, Jiriaya and Naruto luckily run into Tsunade and Shizune in a local bar. During a quick game of poker, Jiriaya asks Tsunade whether or not she will accept the offer from the council of Konoha to become the next Hokage. However, Tsunade refused Jiraiya’s offer, and she goes as far as to insult all the previous Hokage’s, saying that they were fools in putting their lives on the line to lead Konoha. Needless to say, Naruto didn’t appreciate Tsunade’s comments, and he challenges her to a fight outside the bar. The odds are against Naruto, but as always, he gives it his all.
One more thing: I like the little changes the animators made to the opener, although it looked like they made Tsunade a bit fat for Jiraiya to stare at 
The ending, on the other hand, looks like it got a severe case of fan-service, but then again it is summer, so I guess I can let it pass.
