Note to the animation studio: DO NOT put Sakura just for the sake of showing Sakura if she only has ONE freaking line (and we all know what line that is) .
After taking a hiatus after his defeat (or victory, depending on how you look at it), Orochimaru returns to stir up trouble once again in the world of Naruto. Visibly struggling and very aggitated by the lost of the use of his arms, Orochimaru, along with Kabuto, begins to take matters into his own hands and searchs for Tsunade in Tanzaku City as Orochimaru believes that Tsunade will be capable of healing his arms.
Meanwhile, Naruto receives another hint on conquering the second step of mastering the jutsu he’s working on. Jiraiya paints a point on his hand and tells him to use the spot as a point of concentration. Naruto heeds Jiraiya’s advice, but he still continues to struggle with the exercise. Fortunately, Naruto recalls back to an exercise that Iruka attemped to have him, Kiba, Shikamaru, and Chobi practice one time to improve their concentration. Drawing from that memory, Naruto finally finds a way to bust through the ball using the jutsu technique.
As for Tsunade, she finds herself winning quite a lot at the slot machines, which causes her to be very suspicious of what may be going on as she’s not use to winning. As you can see here, the slots foreshadow what will happen in the next few episodes
