1) Uchuu no Stellvia: Almost finished with this one
, but thus far it has been the only space genre series that I’ve ever enjoyed this much.
2) Full Metal Alchemist: This series has had amazing consistency in terms of art and story. I still never have any idea what will happen in the next episode.
3) Madlax: I think thus far this has been one of Bee Train’s best series. When is Margaret going to meet Madlax?!
4) Bakuretsu Tenshi: Not really good per se, but really enjoyable stupid fun. BakuTen is surprisingly fun to post about.
5) Samurai Champloo: Very good choreography and music. Past the top three, this month has been kinda weak, so SamCham slips into the top 5 with only 3 episodes subbed thus far. The Jin musical scene clinched the deal.
Rising – Samurai 7: Can Gonzo resist the temptation to put in a traitorous half mutant-half robot samurai into this story?! Only time will tell!
Falling – Dogtato-kun: Too much sickly sweet potato love lately. Get it?! ~Ohohohoho!

It’s wierd, but I also think that Uchuu has been the *only* space genre production that I’ve ever liked — despite all the reviews, I couldn’t stand PLANETES or the other counterparts (gaigaigaigaigaigar)
Is Madlax really that good? I stopped at episode one, but was wondering whether the storyline is really that deep . . .
I like Madlax, though I can recognize that it isn’t for everyone. The best two words to describe Madlax are 1) slow, and 2) mysterious. If you’ve ever made it through any other Bee Train series (.hack//sign, Noir), then you will probably know what I mean by this. Still, the story can get engrossing, and it usually makes waiting to find out the answer worth it.
