It’s finally time for the practice game against Narita Central, and no one is taking the game more seriously than Fujiwara. He’s a little too amped, however, and jerk-coach (aka Shimojou) turns Fujiwara’s emotions into a real weakness for the Mizuho squad. Aikawa tries to get the team to take zah sree pointah flom zah cornah to break the zone defense that Narita plays, but Fujiwara is more interested in challenging jerk-coach’s “basketball of height”. Can Mutsumi slap some sense into him before it’s too late?
I really enjoyed watching jerk-coach’s crazy play-calling from the sidelines. He must drive his point guard nuts with all those wacky hand signs. There was a lot of great basketball engrish in this episode.
