Although there’s not that much to tell about in this episode, it’s a very somber tribute to the 3rd Hokage as the ninjas of Konoha all gather to pay their respects. As we see most of the Genins go up and bow in respect, they each have their own little flashbacks about the 3rd Hokage.
This episode also marks the end of the Orochimaru invasion/Chounin exam aspect of the series, and as you can see, an old acquaintance of Konoha decides to come back…
